//: under faaq 5 — the diary

Three things, in one.

//: a training diary

The part you’ll use most. Log your sessions, track the load, watch the patterns over time — including the dull, healthy stuff: enough rest, not too much at once. Sessions import on their own from Spond or your calendar, so the daily record builds itself. Play more than football? Other sports log in seconds alongside it — one diary, every sport, built around football first. Training Balance reads your load over time and signals, quietly, when a week is heavier than your body has been given reason to expect. Before a match you can set yourself a focus goal — one thing to look for out there — and after each logged match the receipt shows your scanning trend against your own baseline. Nobody else’s. Your week, your month, your season — in one place.
This is the product. The scanning is the edge that got you in the door.

//: a match report

After a match you see your own scanning patterns in black and white — how often, when, and what happened when you looked a lot versus a little. Three numbers lead it: how often you orient per involvement, what your involvements produced, and how large a share of them carried a critical scan. Averages and shares, never raw totals — a short match can’t lie about you, and a long one earns nothing for length alone. Not to judge you. To make you aware. The report shows zeros where there were zeros. It doesn’t flatter you, and it doesn’t punish you.
It just hands you the truth about your own game, which is the one thing you can actually act on. Reports come per match, or gathered into a weekly or monthly digest — your choice, in your report settings. And at the end of the season: Season Wrapped, free, always.

//: the penalty log — «Min straffe»

Penalties are their own discipline, so they get their own room. Every penalty you shoot, logged with placement and outcome, building the one thing a penalty taker actually owns: a record.
Over time the pattern is yours to study, before anyone else studies it for you.

//: a record worth keeping

Your matches, your wins, your losses — a season you’ll actually remember. Marks and records to collect, a little like a game. Years from now it’s the log that remembers what your body and memory won’t: the match you turned around, the run of form, the night it finally clicked.

//: on losses

A loss isn’t a verdict — it’s a match you learned something from. We never treat it as anything else. The result is context, not character. The diary keeps your losses for the same reason it keeps your wins: because both are data, and both are yours.

//: yours, and nobody’s business

Private by default. No feed, no leaderboard, no audience. A coach sees only what you invite them to see — sharing is pull, never push. Export is free, always: your data leaves with you the day you want it to. No ads. No selling of data. Ever.
The diary works for the person holding it.
